Yes it is safe to use your credit card. We use the latest security technology. All of your information is encrypted in transit. The credit card information your provide to Claire Bijoux is used by us to make your ordered purchase. Once we have completed purchasing your order, your credit card informaton is deleted from our database and cannot be accessed by any individual.

How do I place an order?

• When you come across an item you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Shopping Bag button. This action will place the selected item in the electronic shopping bag.
• When you add an item to the shopping bag, you may still browse the web site. When you are ready to begin the ordering process, simply click on the my shopping bag link at the top of any page.
• If you already have an existing account with us, you will log in to your account at this time.
• If you are a new customer, you will be asked to provide your billing address, shipping address, email address and telephone number.
• You will then select your shipping method.
• You will be asked to choose your payment method. We currently accept payment by Visa or MasterCard.
• After you click on submit a page will appear that confirms your order and provides you with your order number. Please take note of your order number as you will need to provide us with your order number should you wish to contact us. You will also receive a confirmation of your order and your order number via email.

When do you bill my credit card?

Once you have placed an order, we process you credit card information immediately in order to obtain instant approval and to minimize delays in shipping. We obtain credit card authorization information directly from the card-issuing bank for verification before completing any transaction.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with merchandise received from Mega Jeweler, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of delivery for:

• A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and/or other charges.
• An exhange

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition in the original box or packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and all accompanying paperwork (warranties), and any parts and accessories to insure a full credit.

How do I modify account information?

To modify your account information click on the My Account link at the top of any page. If you would like to modify your password, click on change my account password. To change your Mega Jeweler, email address or telephone number, click on view or change my account information. If you would like to modify your shipping or billing address, simply click on view or change entries in my address book. These links appear on the main page of your account.
